CHARACTERISTICS:

The oak used for the top layer comes from certified German or French forests, the middle–and back layer wood is harvested on Indonesian plantations.
Knots are allowed in unlimited size and number.
Sound knots have to be 5 mm away from the edge, cracked knots are filled with brown putty filler.
Cracks and holes, filled with brown putty filler, and a width of max. 2 mm and 100 mm length are allowed. Sapwood is allowed. Putty filler is allowed on every board.
